Vegetable Pepper 'Thai Dragon'

Hot Specialty Pepper

Five times hotter than the Jalapeño, the Thai Dragon pepper is a scorcher. It is a small, pointed red pepper, growing 3-4” long. It matures from medium green to dark red. As its name suggests, this perennial pepper is widely used in Thai cooking. The Thai Dragon pepper plant grows about 1-2’ high and can produce up to 200 chilés in a single season. It should be planted in fertile, moist to well-drained soil. Just as most peppers, this one loves the sun. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, these fiery peppers are gonna make you sweat!
