This well shaped, firm and glossy pepper turns from ivory white to yellow when mature. It has a sweet taste but must be harvested before it slowly turns from peach, to orange and finally red. The Ivory Pepper plant grows to about 18” tall and produces 4” long peppers. This perennial is thick-walled and mostly robust and firm. It is a rather uncommon but delicious treat.
