Marigold Tagetes erecta Durango 'Flame'

French Marigold

Durango Marigold Flame showcases small, ruffled flowers, in a deep red, fading to bright orange and finally a deep gold on the tips of its petals for the "flame" effect. Durango Marigolds are petite, ruffled flowers that grow on sturdy stems above deeply divided foliage. They are a fast growing annual that look fabulous surrounding a garden’s edge, window boxes and containers. They are fragrant, have scented foliage, attract bees, are heat and frost tolerant and are very low maintenance.

& Maintenance Tips

French Durango Marigolds require full sun (at least 6 hours each day) and prefer average well drained soil. They only need medium watering, so you should water them a few times a week. Avoid watering late in the day. Remove spent flowers to promote new blooms and prolong blooming.
