Delivery and Terms

TERMS

Pricing is for the wholesale trade only and is subject to change without notice. All orders are Credit Card or COD unless credit terms are approved in advance by Sedan Floral, Inc before shipment. All approved credit accounts are net and due 30 days from the date of delivery. All past due accounts will be charged a periodic rate of 1.5% per month (which is an annual percentage of 18%). You can find copies of our credit policy and application below. 

(Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit approval.)

DELIVERY

All prices are delivered with a minimum two racks. Any order not meeting the minimum rack order will have a delivery fee added based on distance and other orders in your shipping area. To ensure you get your delivery the week requested, please place your order no later than noon on Monday of the delivery week. Orders placed after noon on Monday will be accepted and we will do everything we can to deliver your products that week.

NON-WARRANTY

Sedan Floral, Inc. warrants to the extent of the original invoice price only, that all plants shall be true to name and in good condition at the time of shipment. All claims must be received within 48 hours of shipment or IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. We do not guarantee plants to live.
