Homeowner Growing & Maintenance Tips
Portulaca has average watering needs, so simply water regularly. This "sun-lover" is drought resistant, so if you forget to water occasionally...don’t worry. On the contrary, do not over water your Portulaca! You should deadhead spent plants just to make sure your Portulaca continue to produce great blooms. Portulaca does not require fertilizer, and too much of it will result in more foliage and fewer blooms. The Sundial series sets blooms 10-14 days earlier than most varieties.
